The problem to solve

I worked on a simple customer enquiry flow so incoming messages could be recorded and acknowledged without manual copying.

How the workflow fits together

• Structured the fields collected by the enquiry form.
• Connected submissions to a Google Sheets record and an Apps Script-based confirmation workflow.
• Worked through how the information moves between the customer-facing form and the back-office record.

What I paid attention to

Getting the fields into a spreadsheet was only part of it. I also had to think about which information the customer needed to supply and what confirmation they should receive.
